ABOUT THERESA MURPHY
Founder of Murphy Life Coaching, LLC, CEO of TMI ConsultingHR, Co-Owner of TMI Transport Logistics, Author, Motivational Speaker, and a life booster. Theresa Murphy is a certified Life Coach who specializes in personal and professional development for women to create success that is balanced, with an emphasis on women transitioning from Corporate America to Entrepreneurship. Theresa’s ultimate goal is to help individuals create the life they deserve.
In addition to being a certified Life Coach, She is also a domestic violence survivor and has presented nationally to general audiences speaking on the topic of domestic violence. Theresa recently released her book “Success Doesn’t Sleep” to help promote self-happiness and rebuild self-esteem among women who were broken and needed a new beginning.
With a 20-year career in Human Resources, specializing in employee relations and mediation, she has acquired the knowledge and leadership skills to work effectively with people from all walks of life. Theresa started her entrepreneur journey in 2007 when she decided to walk away from her 9-5 by leaping out on faith and starting her staffing company which is currently today one of the most prestigious women-owned businesses within the northeastern region where she serves clients from Maryland, Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. Theresa recently transitioned her company into a boutique-style HR Consulting Firm providing HR Consulting to startup and small-mid size businesses.
Throughout her career she had a more personal fulfillment, so she furthered her education by attending the International Coach Federation where she gained her wealth of knowledge in consulting and professional coaching. After 3 years of brainstorming and her own personal life triumphs, she started her own life coaching practice with proven success strategies in helping people achieve life goals. She feels fortunate to have found her calling and she is passionate about making a difference in other peoples’ lives.
Theresa is a Washington, DC native and now currently lives in Charlotte, NC, where she continues to impact lives and motivate women to excel past what they currently see about themselves into a new dimension of success.
